Observations from today’s board of education meeting, Gary Chartrand makes me throw up in my mouth a little.

The Broward county guy was giving a presentation at today’s
board meeting detailing all the measures his district has put in place to help
its struggling schools.  He had charts
and graphs and went on and on. After he was finished Gary Chartrand asked him a
question. It wasn’t what can we do to help, instead it was, do you have enough
charter schools.

His allegiances lie not with improving our schools but with
replacing our schools.
